1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

Domestic Shipping:
Standard (3-5 Business Days): $20

2. SHIPPING DETAILS

All orders are shipped with a signature requirement before delivery. Please inspect your delivery upon receipt and before signing. You may authorize deliveries without a signature requirement in which case you are held solely responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen products once the shipment is scanned as delivered at the given address. All orders with a value over $1,000 will be shipped requiring a signature before delivery with NO EXCEPTIONS.

Additionally, all packages are shipped with insurance equaling the value of the order.

3. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

4. CANCELLATIONS

After an order is submitted, processing begins, and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about cancelling an order, please contact us.

5. RETURNS

Returns will be accepted within 30 day(s) from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition and packaging. 6. DELAYED ORDERS

In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the items status.

7. DAMAGED ORDERS

My Wholesale Keys is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen products. Once the order has been turned over to the shipping carrier the status of the shipment is out of our control. If your order arrives with damaged products, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

8. Shipping Restrictions

- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes
- Orders cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii

The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
